Learn how to prevent ESCA effectively and reduce the economic, cultural and social impact of vine trunk disease through a decisive vineyard practice: pruning according to the Simonit & Sirch (S&S) method.

Our course teaches you how to apply S&S pruning in practice, from young vines to the oldest plants in your vineyard. The course has two parts:

• 1 hour – theory
• 4 hours – practical demonstration and supervised pruning by participants
