How alcohol-free wine is made
Quality alcohol-free wine begins in the vineyard and cellar like conventional wine. Only then is the alcohol gently removed.
1. Selecting the grapes
Furmint and Yellow Muscat provide freshness, aroma and clear flavor. Once alcohol is removed, the drink must stand on the quality of the wine itself.
2. Making the wine
Fermentation, the grape variety and careful cellar work create the aroma, acidity and structure we aim to preserve.
3. Dealcoholization
Alcohol is removed in a way designed to retain as much aroma and flavor as possible, keeping the result clean and fresh.
4. Bottling and quality control
The label states alcohol, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, storage and the low histamine content below 0.25 mg/L.
